1. Our Commitment

Facevel is deeply committed to the safety and well-being of children. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any content, conduct, or activity that exploits, harms, or endangers minors. These standards apply to all users, content creators, and third-party developers using the Facevel platform.

2. Age Requirements

Facevel is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. Users under 18 may have access to age-appropriate features only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a user is under 13, their account will be suspended and their data deleted in accordance with applicable law, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

3. Prohibited Content Involving Minors

The following content is strictly prohibited on Facevel and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) of any kind
  • Content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors
  • Grooming, solicitation, or attempts to establish inappropriate relationships with minors
  • Content that facilitates trafficking, abuse, or neglect of children
  • Sharing of personal information of minors without parental consent

4. Detection & Reporting

Facevel uses automated and human review systems to detect prohibited content involving minors. In compliance with applicable law, we report all identified CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies.

If you encounter content that violates these standards, please report it immediately using the in-app reporting tool or by emailing safety@facevel.com.

5. Parental Controls & Guardian Oversight

We encourage parents and guardians to actively monitor their children's use of Facevel. If you believe your child has created an account without your knowledge or consent, please contact us at safety@facevel.com and we will promptly address the matter.

6. Safe Messaging Guidelines

Facevel's messaging features include safeguards designed to limit unsolicited contact between adults and minors. Users flagged for inappropriate contact with minors will be suspended immediately pending investigation.

7. Content Moderation

Our moderation team reviews reported content 24/7. Accounts found to violate these child safety standards are permanently banned and reported to law enforcement where required by law.
