By posting content, you grant Facevel a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and use such content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the platform.

You agree not to upload or share content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, or misleading

• Is abusive, harassing, hateful, or threatening

• Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights

• Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code

5. Content Moderation

Facevel reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review, monitor, and moderate user content and activity. We may remove or restrict content, suspend features, or take other actions if content violates these Terms, our policies, or applicable laws.

Moderation decisions are made at our sole discretion and may be taken without prior notice.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

You may request deletion of your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support. Upon deletion, certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Facevel may suspend or permanently terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms or platform policies

• Engage in unlawful or harmful behavior

• Attempt to compromise platform security

• Repeatedly receive valid complaints from other users

Termination does not eliminate obligations incurred prior to termination.

7. Virtual Goods and Digital Services

Facevel may offer virtual goods, digital features, premium subscriptions, or paid services. These items are licensed, not sold, have no real-world monetary value, and are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.

All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Facevel may modify or discontinue virtual goods or services at any time without liability.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use Facevel for illegal purposes

• Scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform

• Distribute spam or unauthorized advertisements

• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations

• Interfere with platform security or performance

9. Platform Availability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Facevel and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or reputation.

Facevel’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to Facevel in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Facevel, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
