Subscription & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Plans

Facevel offers the following subscription tiers:

• FREE – Basic access at no cost for life.
• SILVER – $40/year. Pro features, verification badge, content boosting, and 500 free points.
• GOLD – $70/year. All pro features, verification badge, content boosting, and 500 free points.
• DIAMOND – $5/month. All pro features, verification badge, content boosting, and 500 free points.

2. Billing & Payment

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize Facevel to charge your payment method on each renewal date.

3. Auto-Renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current rate unless cancelled beforehand.

4. Cancellation

Cancel anytime from Settings > Membership. Your subscription remains active until the current period ends, you will not be charged again, and pro features are removed when the period expires.

5. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. For billing errors, contact info@facevel.com within 7 days of the charge.

6. Plan Changes

Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

7. Free Trial

Where offered, the free trial begins on activation and converts to a paid plan automatically unless cancelled before it ends.

8. Pricing Changes

We may update prices at any time with at least 30 days notice via email or platform notification.
